Dear readers, watch the first video case study example on YOU CANalytics. This was my first attempt at the video presentation and I must say it is damn hard to speak while staring at your computer. I have come away with a new-found respect for the folks who could effortlessly dart monologs at their machines. I am old fashioned and prefer the art of conversation with warm human bodies.
